Take a Look at the Women's-Exclusive Releases Set to Drop in 2022

Although there's still plenty of work to be done when it comes to equality in the sneaker industry, it's set to be a big year for women's sneaker releases from Nike. The Swoosh brand are definitely increasing their output of women's-exclusive sneakers, and although it would just be better if everyone could get what they want in their size, this is definitely a step in the right direction. It appears there's been a different tactic than merely 'shrinking and pinking' the shoes, too. Don't get us wrong, there's still a nice amount of pink and purple trainers, but it's not the only go-to tactic this time around.

Kicking us off we have the adorable Nike Dunk Low "Venice". Previously nicknamed "Dusty Mauve", this light-lilac colouring dresses the overlays on the smooth leather shoe and makes for the perfect spring pick-up. Following this, we can look forward to the "Vintage" Dunk pack. Confirmed in this release is the Dunk Low in "Vintage Green", a luxurious shiny sneaker with the addition of "Sail" laces and a tinted midsole. Other Dunks include a take on the "Neutral Grey" colourway on a High and the pretty-in-pink "Rose Whisper" iteration.

Of course, it wouldn't be a Nike line-up without a solid selection of Air Jordan 1s. Despite having no official images yet, we're so looking forward to the AJ1 "Denim". The Air Jordan 1 "Varsity Red" will certainly add a splash of colour to your rotation, but if this isn't what you're looking for, then the Air Jordan 1 "Stage Haze" is the cop for you.
