Updated 10/5/23 - Further images of the A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan "Black" have emerged, giving us a deeper preview of what's to come. A delicate black suede lines the uppers, delivering a stealthy appearance. This black hue has been contrasted by beige netted panels and a white and maroon tongue. A lace toggle can also be seen in the same dark beige hue. Both the black and white renditions are this shoe are expected to launch during the holiday season this year, so make sure to keep it locked in right here at The Sole Supplier for all the latest!
Original Article - If you thought A Ma Maniére was done with Jordan collabs, you can think again. Having only just dropped an Air Jordan 12, the retailer is back with two fresh takes on the Air Jordan 5. Rumoured to be dropping in 2024, James Whitner recently showcased one of the pairs at a Harvard Business School session - the only time the pairs have been seen IRL.
Though these new images are blurry, to say the least, early mock-ups by zsneakerheadz have given us a clue as to what the pairs could look like. Expected to continue AMM’s usual colour themes, we’re expecting a “Black” and a “Light Bone” pair to hit the shelves. Both pairs feature suede builds with Burgundy Crush accents - a colour that’s now synonymous with the retailer’s releases, and there’s no doubt they’ll both be packed with premium features too.
In line with previous drops, the AMM x Air Jordan 5 is set to arrive in special-edition packaging and there’s a high chance we could see an accompanying campaign and apparel too. If these are on your radar then be sure to hit the release reminder links above, and stay locked to The Sole Supplier for more info and imagery as it comes in.
Up next, here's Jordan Brand's upcoming retro line-up.
