A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 5 Dusk

Paying homage to the power of the multitude and dedication to rise from dusk until dawn, founder James Whitner’s Atlanta-born streetwear boutique, A Ma Maniére, forms a brand-new collaboration with Jordan Brand featuring the classic Air Jordan 5 and matching apparel. Set to close out the year with yet another impactful project, the A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 5 “Dusk” integrates its stellar storytelling to add depth to the '90s basketball silhouette.

Previously dabbling in the Air Jordan 12 and Air Ship, the prolific alliance between the prominent streetwear giants yields another collaborative Air Jordan Retro. This Jordan 5 A Ma Maniére rendition lands in a blacked-out suede upper, accentuated with the brand's signature burgundy hue enveloping the shark tooth detailing inspired by WW2 fighter jets. Embroidered “23” and Nike Air subtly appear in a pitch-black shade. The first for the brand, A Ma Maniére monogram pattern embellishes the yellowish cage on the sides, producing a distinct design aesthetic exclusive to this model. These motifs also decorate the jacquard knit lining for extra flair. The grey puffy tongue boasts embroidered co-branded Jumpman and “A” logos. Staying true to AMM’s pre-aged aesthetics, the sail white laces and yellowish translucent soles complete the dark-based colour scheme of the sneaker.

As expected, the "Dusk" colourway comes packaged in a premium burgundy box, this time skipping out on the monogram pull-out sleeve. The lid bears a debossed repeat AMM logo, a tactile feel to the unboxing experience, while on the flip side you will find a photo of someone wearing a pair of AJ5 in black and white. Additionally, you can find two spare laces included with this release, giving you the option to swap out the black laces for a white or off-white set. We recommend taking your usual UK sizing or your normal Air Jordan 5 sizing for the perfect fit.
