What is there not to love about the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Zyon"? Merging colourways of the past with aesthetics of the present, Kanye West really outdid himself here. First leaked back in February, these were supposed to be dropping at the end of this month, but now, it looks like they've been delayed.
Bearing a striking resemblance to the OG "Turtle Dove" from 2015, the "Zyon" takes its name from the Biblical term for the kingdom of heaven, referencing Ye's religious beliefs. Featuring a clean cream base, earthy brown detailing runs across the shoe in a crosshatch formation kind of like the "Yecheil", while a bold mesh stripe shoots across the lateral side.
A grey sockliner adds another pop of colour to the Yeezy, and down below, you'll find an off-white adidas Boost midsole that's lined with a slither of gum rubber for durable traction with every step. It's also worth mentioning that the medial is decorated in a patchwork-like look that's brand new to this silhouette.
According to sneaker insiders Yeezy Mafia, the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Zyon" has been postponed until June 13th - the same day that the Yeezy QNTM "Barium" is supposed to launch. With all that's going on at the moment, we're confident that there will be another date reshuffle pretty soon, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more news as it develops!
While you're here, you might as well get up close and personal with the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Turtle Dove" and "Oxford Tan" samples that just leaked!
