With summer coming up just around the corner, it's time to start thinking about your beach rotation. If Crocs Clogs are a little too basic for you and Yeezy Slides and Foam Runners aren't your thing, it looks like the Brand With The 3 Stripes could be about to turn the summer shoe game upside down with a mysterious adidas Clog - and here's everything that we know so far!
Unlike anything we've seen before, the German giant's latest take on the Clog silhouette features a full EVA foam construction and is painted in a "Triple Black" colourway. A series of perforations shoot across the lateral and medial side panels, while seven more are dotted along the toebox for added breathability. While slides in general keep things pretty simple and understated, adi have added a ClimaCool Vento inspired midsole to this pair, resulting in an extra chunky look that will definitely give you some height.
The sockliner is crafted from a lightweight neoprene material, and three vertical stripes run down the heel in white, similar to what you'd find with Yohji Yamamoto's Y-3 sub-brand. To round it all off, the tongue is decorated with a single adidas logo, finalising the truly one-of-a-kind aesthetic.
Pretty much nothing else is known about the adidas Clog "Triple Black" at this moment in time, but our sources tell us that a summer launch is imminent. Let us know what you think of this mysterious model, and in related news, could this be the Yeezy Foam Runner V2?
