Up Close With the Off-White x Nike Air Zoom Tempo NEXT% "Black"

After taking a very brief sneak peek last week, we're now getting up close and personal with the upcoming Off-White x Nike Air Zoom Tempo NEXT% "Black"! A shoe that's been rumoured since March, this is our best look yet at the collaboration, and there's no doubt that it's splitting the community in two. One half of sneakerheads would genuinely die for this pair, while the other half wouldn't even touch it with a stick. What you would or wouldn't do is for you to decide, so let's take a closer look!

Featuring an insanely breathable Flyknit upper, the lateral and medial side panels are decorated with an oversized Nike Swoosh scribble that's never been done before on any Virgil Abloh collab. Clean white laces tie everything together, while a dash of "Volt" arrives along the throat for a pop of contrast that's sure to turn heads.

Moving down below, you'll find a crazy comfortable Zoom Air midsole in black, and this is lined with a series of rubber spikes that nod to the Off-White x Nike "RUNNING" Collection that made its debut last year. Of course, it wouldn't be a shoe from the Milan-based brand without their signature deconstructed touches. From the quoted "AIR" at the heel to the technical verbiage, this is an Off-White shoe through and through.

Expected to drop sometime within the first half of 2021, the Off-White x Nike Air Zoom Tempo NEXT% "Black" will also release alongside two other colourways including "Racer Blue" and "White".
