Puerto Rican-artist Bad Bunny adds another pair of 3-Stripes to his wall of adidas collaborations with this Forum Buckle Low “Yellow” edition. The musician has continued to capture the world of both music and sneakers over the past few years, with each project gaining more attention and less time on shelves. Arriving in its signature chunky aesthetic, the Forum Buckle Low is hitting all the right notes on this upcoming “Yellow” iteration.
Similar to the hues on the “Low White” edition from 2022, the soft suede tooling returns to complement the new colour palette. A yellow strap lays across the stacked set of tongues, with a black buckle providing the lockdown as it has on previous releases. As per usual, the back portion of the shoe is kept busy with its extra padded ankle collar and pull cord, two features that give the Bad Bunny versions a distinct look. Underfoot is a standard Forum sole unit, its dark yellow finish matching the added stability panels above, blurring the division between the midsole and upper. It’s worth noting that while these are just samples, Bad Bunny was spotted rocking these during his performance at ‘P FKN R’ back in ‘21, so hopefully some official photos will surface soon.
As these are just a first look at the pair, we are still awaiting further signs from adidas or the artist himself for an official release date. Make sure to tune back into The Sole Supplier where we can keep you updated on the Bad Bunny x adidas Forum Buckle Low “Yellow”!
