Once again, adidas share an important message whilst delivering a functional and striking NMD. With a subtle blue and black colourway, this NMD CS1 could be your new favourite trainer for the summer months.
Parley is the world’s leading Ocean Environmental Group, working to combat the growing issue of ocean waste and plastic. Each year, thousands of tonnes of plastic are removed from beaches across the globe before they can contaminate the ocean and impact that diverse eco-system.
adidas breathe new life into this plastic by recycling the material, interweaving that yarn with their innovative Primeknit. The Parley x adidas NMD CS1 even features an ocean-inspired theme with a vibrant shade of blue featuring from heel to toe. The conventional textured pattern features, and a chunky Boost midsole sits underfoot. To complete the look, a sticky outsole sits underfoot and a set of matching EVA plugs are included.
