Yohji Yamamoto’s high fashion brand has long pioneered the most ground-breaking tech coupled with aesthetically pleasing silhouettes that are way ahead of their time. This latest release is no exception. A rugged combination of leather and mesh is utilised for the upper in an overlapping construct which is so on-trend for 2016.
Aside from bringing durability, the shoe is both comfortable and lightweight thanks to that soft inner lining which moulds to your foot. Darker shades of black fuse with a rich teal colour for a seasonal look that couldn’t be more fitting for these autumn months.
To complete the look, a set of rope laces are included for that lock down fit and a chunky midsole with deep tread sits underfoot. Y-3 branding is stamped to both the heel and tongue.
The adidas Y-3 Wedge Sock Run Black Green is scheduled to release on Monday 10th October via the retailers listed. Keep checking back for more updates.
