Wood Wood x ASICS GT-2160 Cream Oatmeal

Copenhagen-based contemporary fashion brand Wood Wood reunites with ASICS for an exclusive collaboration featuring the GT-2160. This team-up is a continuation of their debut joint project in 2017, which showcased two iterations of the GEL-DS Trainer. Celebrating the Power of Movement, the Wood Wood x ASICS GT-2160 “Cream Oatmeal” presents a neutral-toned colour palette inspired by their inaugural collection.

This streamlined retro trainer sports a grey mesh underlay with beige textiles and signature Tiger Stripes encompassing the sides. Muted silver synthetics reinforce the toe, eyestays, and rear. Elsewhere, earthy brown tones envelop the lining and heel counter. Co-branding appears on the median of the tongue and sockliners, while the W.W. symbol animates the verdant green pull tab. The two-tone foam midsole carries dark purple GEL inserts, propped up by a pink semi-translucent shank plate and yellow tint on the outsole for a pop of colour.
