GANNI x New Balance 1906R Yellow

Copenhagen-based contemporary fashion label GANNI joins forces with New Balance for a second collaboration showcasing the New Balance 1906R. This team-up further pushes the retro running shoe from the early 2010s into the spotlight, infusing eye-catching runway colour schemes while maintaining the silhouette’s performance running features. The GANNI x New Balance 1906R “Yellow” exudes a bright all-yellow makeover, accented with black for a contrasting approach.

Copenhagen gallerist Frans Truelsen founded GANNI in 2000, with fashion elements showcasing bold, expressive designs to captivate the public and purvey curiosity in the fashion space. This two-pack collaboration flaunts the New Balance 1906R, a retro running silhouette looking to emulate the success of the Ganni NB 2002R counterpart. The shoe has a bright yellow mesh base and curvilinear synthetic leather overlays accented with black. Subtle metallic silver tones adorn the mid-section of the iconic N logo for additional detail. Co-branded labels on the tongue and sockliner mark the second partnership between the two companies. The stealthy black rubber outsole delivers a contrasting finish to this striking colourway.
