This latest offering from the Boston footwear label was originally an Asia exclusive iteration that released in early 2021, but luckily, they've finally made their way to the global market!

If you weren't already aware, the New Balance 2002R was an archived NB silhouette from many years ago, and since the Boston footwear label is at the forefront of sneaker culture in modern times, the pair was rapidly met with a significant level of hype when it returned to shelves in 2021.

This brand-new variant is unlike its former colourways. The upper withdraws its traditional synthetic leather panels in favour of rough-cut suede overlays to create a deconstructed look. These indulge in a dark greyscale tone, which coats the mesh base too. Minimal hits of leather land on the heels and collar for a premium touch. The design is rounded off with exposed tongue foams and an ABZORB midsole beneath the feet.
