Concepts × New Balance U740 Brut

Massachusetts-based retailer CNCPTS officially rolls out the Concepts x New Balance U740 “Brut”, a tasteful colourway inspired by the driest Champagne variant. A French word meaning “raw or undefined”, this “Brut” collaboration serves as the sequel to the recent “Saignée” rendition, further embracing the project’s Champagne-inspired theme.

This streamlined retro running shoe boasts a gradient green mesh upper with curvilinear synthetic overlays crawling from front to back. A muted olive shade makes the “N” logo on the sidewalls stand out, offset by the vibrant orange mesh tongue. Cream tones on the laces and lining complement the earthy colour scheme, adding flavour to the silhouette’s luxe aesthetic. The dark green ABZORB midsole contrasts the lighter accents on the base, shored up by a blacked-out rubber sole. Cork insoles deliver the finishing touches to this premium New Balance U740 colourway.
