Covered in pigskin suede, this New Balance 990’s underlay has a breathable mesh that harks back to the performance-oriented theme of the sneaker. A dark outsole contrasts strongly against the white midsole, the TPU panel at the back houses New Balance branding, and a white large ‘N’ logo on the sidewall which was first seen on New Balance sneakers back in the ‘70s stands loud and proud.
