Nike Air Force 1 Crater Foam Black

The Nike Air Force 1 Crater Foam Black is one of several brand-new releases set to feature Nike’s latest renewable technology. Developed as part of the label’s Move to Zero campaign, crater foam is crafted from upcycled materials including plastic bottles and T-shirt offcuts and then acts as footwear cushioning.

Ever since its introduction via the Space Hippie pack, Crater Foam has been a huge success, with it now appearing on the legendary Air Force 1. The AF1 is one of the most legendary sneakers of all time, first introduced all the way back in 1982. Decked out in a clean colorway, the back panels here showcase a stealthy black look while the frontal panels mirror the appearance of Crater Foam with a multi-colour speckle.

Nike’s signature Swoosh logo is placed neatly across both the lateral and medial sides, while underfoot the AF1’s typical bulky midsole unit contains Crater Foam for a comfortable take on recycled cushioning.
