Nike Air Force 1 Low Goddess of Victory

The Nike Air Force 1 Low Goddess of Victory is the latest Air Force 1 that appears an ode to Nike - the winged Goddess of Victory from Greek mythology - who was both victorious in war and in peaceful contest. This low-top AF1 plays on the wings this Goddess possessed by having a super-extended feature on the tongue. The transparent boned mesh sits further than the rest of the cushioned tongue, really making a feature of the Oregon-based brand's name.

The rest of the sneaker stays very true to what we recognise from the AF1 silhouette. An off-white midsole adds a vintage feel to the sneaker, whilst textured, white leather panels dress the heel and toe cap. 'Nike' appears in its usual place on the heel, albeit in Greek lettering. Silver aglets at the end of the laces add an elegant touch to this AF-1, matching to the silver-coloured tongue. The usual perforations feature across the toe box and mid-panel for ultimate breathability.
