The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Shanghai” is the latest addition to the World Tour pack, joining other styles like “Las Vegas” and “Seoul”.

Nodding to the Chinese city’s strong influence in fashion, this special-edition AF1 flaunts a bright red patent leather underlay with Flax nubuck overlays, creating a distinctive aesthetic headlined by two contrasting accents. Black textile fabrics construct the heel tabs and Swoosh on the sides, adding more depth to the silhouette’s design. Chinese-inspired details include the star-shaped lace dubraes, a tribute to the Asian nation’s flag, and the exquisite embroidery on the rear lining and inside the tongue. The “1982” branding is an ode to the Air Force 1’s debut year as a basketball shoe, giving the iconic sneaker additional storytelling. A semi-translucent cupsole sits underfoot, housing a 3/4 length Nike Air unit for responsive cushioning.
