Nike Air Force 1 Wild Green

Nike’s new line for its Bruce Kilgore-designed b-ball silhouette that’s designed for outdoor adventures, the Air Force 1 Wild, has a new drop in a forest colour. Meet the Nike Air Force 1 "Wild Green".

This low-cut AF1 Wild appears to be modelled on a past experiment, the AF1 Boot. Following a similar pattern, this shoe substitutes the customary sole unit for one better suited to an outdoor trail. The upper’s usual leather materials have been replaced with a more hard-wearing combination of nubuck and ballistic mesh in the titular colour, dark Green. The signature profile Swooshes on both the medial and lateral sides follow the same hue and material as the overlays. Furthermore, there is added cushioning in the inside heel, reinforced stitching along the forefoot, and two lace systems ensuring a snug, secure fit. A durable midsole with a chequered grey and black pattern and an all-terrain-ready black rubber outsole finish off the design of this shoe.
