Here we take a closer look at the Nike Special Field Air Force 1 Black Gum Womens. This latest colourway launches just in time for the colder months. The collection, which pulls inspiration from military-inspired techwear – continues to impress for 2017. Arriving with heaps of functionality and a look which commands respect, you can’t go wrong with the SF Air Force 1!
Premium leather covers the upper with hard-wearing nylon across the heel. The Special Field Air Force 1 is characterised by a robust strap across the ankle which keeps the foot locked in place. The boot like fit is seriously on-trend, not to mention way more durable than the original design.
To compliment the dark black leather, a set of matching laces are included and tonal branding is featured throughout. That said, there is a khaki coloured contrast in the form of that SF Air Force 1 insignia across the sidewall.
To complete the look, a gum coloured midsole provides a nice contrast underfoot complete with ‘AIR’ insignia across the sidewall. A chunky zip keeps the foot locked in place and allows for easy on, easy off functionality.
