J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 Rio

Following his Medellin-inspired Air Jordan 3 collaboration, renowned Colombian singer, songwriter, and music producer J Balvin introduces a second AJ3 colourway. This rendition honours his firstborn son Rio, who was born in 2021. The J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 “Rio” boasts a stealthy black-on-black makeover highlighted by sunset–inspired orange gradients.

After dropping the “White Cement Reimagined”, the Air Jordan 3 introduces new colourways of the iconic Tinker Hatfield masterpiece. This collaborative Air Jordan 3 colourway marks the fourth joint venture between J Balvin and Jordan Brand, flaunting more minimalist aesthetics after the rainbow tie-dye Air Jordan 1 High and cloudy Air Jordan 2 makeover. Rich yet subtle storytelling details embellish this rendition, flaunting a black leather upper that hides the AJ3’s signature elephant print overlays. Orange accents adorn the lace holes, complementing the Jumpman logo on the tongue and the semi-translucent heel panel. Sunset-inspired gradients cover the heel PU midsole, displaying a similar setup as the J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 “Medellín Sunset”. The grey semi-translucent outsole completes this collaborative Air Jordan 3 colourway.
