A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 5 Dawn

Atlanta-based streetwear and sneaker boutique A Ma Maniére channels the importance of unity in its latest collaboration with Jordan Brand, featuring two colourways of the iconic Air Jordan 5 alongside a luxurious apparel collection. Divided into “Dusk” and “Dawn” colourways, the James Whitner-led brand dropped a short film titled “Still We Rise” to celebrate the collaboration. The Jordan 5 A Ma Maniére “Dawn” edition boasts unique storytelling, headlining the AJ5 with a stunning colour palette and pre-aged aesthetics.

Having recently dropped several collaborations featuring the Air Jordan 12 and Jordan Air Ship, A Ma Maniére revisits another early Air Jordan Retro model. Unlike the "Dusk" edition, this iteration has a light grey nubuck leather construction with pre-aged accents encompassing the lace locks, lower tongue, and plastic cages on the sides, flaunting A Ma Maniére monogram patterns that form a unique detail. These patterns also appear on the dark blue jacquard inner lining. Co-branded logos adorn the slimmed-down tongue and its interior as a nod to their productive alliance. “23” branding on the lateral rear represents Michael Jordan’s legendary jersey number, while the Nike Air on the heel adds a retro touch to the fighter jet-inspired Air Jordan model. The black PU midsole carries a visible Nike Air unit and a shark teeth design on the forefoot. A yellowish translucent rubber sole wraps up this premium take on the AMM x Air Jordan V "Dawn".
