On its 30th anniversary, the Air Jordan 5 is releasing a fiery new iteration that takes inspiration from both Spike Lee’s Mars Blackmon and the planet, Mars - the Women's Air Jordan 5 "Dunk on Mars".

This AJ5 dons a Picante/ Bright Mandarin/ Fire Red/ Muslin/ Black colour scheme. The upper has a shiny leather construction in Martian Sunrise and an oversized silver tongue with a 3M reflective finish. A black Jumpman stands out on the tongue. The black midsole is accented by Bright Mandarin shark teeth and an exposed Air unit in transparent casing. The number “23” with a black shadow outline adorns the lateral heel area. The black and aged-looking translucent Muslin-hued outsole caps off the style of the shoe.
