Starting off its days as a humble runner, the Nike Air Max 90 is one of the most pivotal Air Max silhouettes. Decades later, the brand welcomes an all-new variant as this Double-Stacked version, giving the early ‘90s running icon a bolder look and feel. As a throwback to its early ‘90s heritage, the Nike Air Max 90 Double-Stacked “Infrared” pays homage to the model’s most coveted colourway. Previewed
Showcased via a video campaign from Nike Seoul starring K-Pop legends Newjeans, you'll have to fight off the hoards of adoring fans if you fancy grabbing a pair of these new Double-Stacks. Don't get caught sleeping and snatch them up early by setting a release reminder!
The brand-new Double-Stacked model plays into the platform sneaker trend with its oversized PU midsole and namesake, similar to the women’s exclusive Air Max Furyosa. This colourway flaunts a clean white mesh base with light grey midfoot overlays and a stealthy black mudguard. Contrasting the neutral hues are the bright infrared pigments engulfing the TPU panels on the eyestay, heel, and Air Max branding. The tongue details debossed Nike Air labels, while the rear features an equal sign as a nod to the addition of the double-stacked Air cushioning.
