Some people are loving this summer ready transformation while others aren’t so impressed. Whether you love it or hate it, you’ve got to admire Nike’s ability to create something totally unique.

This slip-on model is the most lightweight rendition to the Air Max 90 range yet. While we’ve seen ‘Ultra’ models and ‘Flyknit’ styles bring some contemporary comfort to the classic range, it doesn’t get more radical than this design.

Think of this as the convertible take on the classic. The classic lacing system has been removed in favour of a neoprene lining which hugs to the foot. This comes stamped with perforated detailing for even more breathability. Finally, a leather crafted lower half acts as a mudguard and retains that classic Air Max 90 aesthetic.

To complete the look, a contrasting white midsole makes an appearance underfoot and includes a visible Air Unit in the heel. Finally, a sticky white outsole keeps your gripped to all surfaces, ensuring your both stable and secure.
