Taking us straight back to the 90s, Nike opt for a much loved colourway against this newly transformed AM90. It looks surprisingly good across the Flyknit upper instead of the suede and leather of the classic design. Those vibrant pink details hit the synthetic overlays at the lace surround as well as the midsole underfoot.
That lightweight Flyknit across the upper promotes breathability to the foot and delivers that snug, lock down fit. It makes this Air Max 90 more lightweight than ever before without compromising on durability. Not only is that knitted material surprisingly durable but the addition of a synthetic mudguard adds some water resistant protection.
Staying true to the classic shoe, a vibrant blue Swoosh sits across the sidewall and that same shade also features to the heel counter. The visible Air Unit in the heel completes the look nicely.
