The Nike Air Max 96 II Pure Platinum is the latest unveiling from the Swoosh brand of their AM 96 silhouette. Dressed in crisp-white across the entirety of the upper, apart from splashes of 'Bright Mango' detailing across the Nike tick, lace unit and at the top of the tongue.

This Nike Air Max model sees exposed Air units take up the full length of the chunky, white midsole, topping the grippy, rubber outsole. The Swoosh on the medial and lateral sidewalls is smaller than on other models from the Oregon-based brand, but this Air Max doesn't need gimmicks to stand proud. At the top of the tongue, Air Max branding is embroidered into the cushioning in the neon-orange colouring. There are additional Swooshes at the bottom of the tongue on the toe box in metallic silver.
