A fashionable homage, the Nike Air Max 97 M. Frank Rudy is dedicated to the creator of the Nike Air cushioning.

Decked in a monochromatic upper, the shoe features a bright white mesh base and grey overlays which includes the mudguard and Air Max 97’s famous ripples.

Meanwhile, the yellow translucent midfoot accent houses a mini Swoosh. The same aged motif is present underfoot, where the full-length Air cushioning gets a golden hue and is stamped with “Est. 1997” to commemorate the birth year of this silhouette. A hangtag made to look like a California license plate finishes off the design.
