Nike Air Max BW QS Rotterdam

With Nike Air Max BW winding down its 30th Anniversary, the model that first debuted in 1991 is releasing its “City Pack”. One of its latest additions is the Nike Air Max BW QS Rotterdam.

This Tinker Hatfield-designed pair has a very similar colour blocking to the Persian Violet colourway, however it has replaced the violet with a “Marina” colourway, this time, celebrating the second-largest city in the Netherlands. The mesh base is pitch black with a textured textile toe cap layered over with white leather. The eye stays are a black suede, matching the laces. The Swooshes are in eye-catching Marina green rubber. This colour is repeated on the ultra-soft neoprene collar and tongue. A perforated white TPU wraps around the heel and matches the white of the midsole. The midsole features the BW or "Big Window," the large visible Air unit underfoot. The Nike logo is embossed on the right tongue while the Dutch city’s legacy of hardcore techno is commemorated as 220 BPM on the left tongue, completing the celebratory look.
