Nike are primed to launch another celebratory pack which pays homage to the spirit and determination of female athletes. Silhouettes to feature include the Huarache, Presto and Air Max Thea, as well as this design.

Premium black leather is utilised for the upper giving that luxurious look and feel. It features a rough textured surface not dissimilar to Nike’s elephant print. That said, it remains totally understated with full monochromatic features throughout. That includes black laces, midsole and inner lining.
To complete this inspired creation, the words ‘There is no finish line’ are printed to the inner sole. It’s a subtle nod to the ambition of womens athlete Joan Benoit Samuelson. During the 1984 Olympics, Joan was the gold winning medallist of the first ever womens marathon event. Through that achievement, Joan has gone on to inspire generations of young athletes.
