Nike Cortez Sail Aloe Vera

Nike has kept it classic with this latest update of its iconic vintage runner. Sticking to the Sail and cream tones that are popular in today’s footwear, this Nike Cortez Aloe Vera looks timeless and rooted in the moment.

The Nike Cortez seems to be making a return with a range of colourways set to drop over the coming months, such as the “Running Rabbit” rendition. Delving into Nike’s running heritage, an “Aloe Vera” green makes its way onto the Swoosh, a nod to the Portland, Oregon track team that helped push the brand into sporting royalty. Donning a “Sail” white upper, a combination of suede and leather gives this retro runner a traditional aesthetic. A gum sole can be found below along with the Cortez’s staple tread pattern. Rounding off the vintage aesthetic is the 70s Nike branding on the tongue patch, the final brush stroke on this masterpiece.
