Nike Terminator High Phantom Black

Nike is bringing back its OG b-ball silhouette from 1985, The Terminator. Tapping into the recent trend of retro sneakers, the 2023 iteration of this classic silhouette is completely unaltered and true to the original, or "straight from the vault" as Nike put it. Riffing of the popularity of the "Panda" colourway, the Nike Terminator Phantom Black is set to be a fan favourite.

The original high-top Terminator was designed for the Georgetown Hoyas in a deep Midnight Navy, which in this release is replaced with "Phantom" elements. Rather than dark blue, the leather overlays on the toe cap, mudguard and mudguard are in pitch black suede with a matte finish, matching the signature profile Swooshes on both the medial and lateral mid-panels. Instead of “colourless” white, the smooth leather base is Phantom Grey. The cutout heel tabs are left blank while extra-large Nike text branding in black stands out on the heel counter. A vintage-looking Vanilla Sail-coloured midsole and a black rubber outsole finish off the look of this shoe.
