JJJJound x Reebok Club C Olive Green

Montreal-based design studio JJJJound warms up for another tennis-based collaboration with Reebok in 2023. Having already worked together on the Club C as well as the Classic Nylon and NPC II, JJJJound is becoming very familiar with Reebok’s archival silhouettes. Staying true to its timeless aesthetic, this “Olive Green” Club C is a continuation of where things were left, partnering up to once again create a piece of tasteful footwear.

The Club Champion as it was known upon its ‘85 release, is present in tumbled white leather, looking just as clean as the original versions. The terry cloth lining is here in an olive tinge, moving away from the usual white tones while still maintaining that classic look. The design studio’s wordmark sits within the window, replacing the normal Reebok logo and Union Jack, while on the tongue, the lack of branding fits the minimalist picture that JJJJound is trying to paint. The olive hue returns underfoot, matching the similarly coloured accents on the upper, whereas the set of white laces and midsole keeps things uniform.
