Kanye West is debuting his first basketball focused sneaker this year with the brand new Yeezy Basketball Quantum! First leaked back in December, here’s everything that you need to know about this exclusive drop!
From a distance, the Quantum looks like it is painted in a ‘Zebra’ colourway, but upon further inspection you’ll find that it’s actually quite different. Dressed in a fuzzy fabric across the upper, transparent mesh stripes grace the lateral and medial side panels, similar to the ones seen on the most recent Yeezy Boost 350 V2 colourways.
As it’s made to be used on the court, this Kanye x adidas crep features a black suede collar that extends far above the ankles for ample support. Additional suede makes its way to the toe box, and down below, a transparent midsole is present housing a cushioning technology that has yet to be confirmed, but we’re crossing our fingers for Boost.
