No one does detailing quite like FORTY PERCENT AGAINST RIGHTS. Founded by Tetsu Nishiyama back in 1993, the Japanese streetwear imprint has teamed up with Nike SB for a Dunk High collaboration, and like the rest of FPAR's pieces, there's more than meets the eye.
Building on the Dunk High silhouette, it's infused with Air Jordan 5 and Air Jordan 6 styling, resulting in a shoe that's unlike anything else out there. Both the tongue and the throat are taken straight from the AJ6, while the AJ5 influences the medial and lateral Swooshes which are both dressed in a textured plastic netting.
Elsewhere, a toggle lacing system ensures the ultimate lockdown fit, while a wide range of rebellious motifs are embroidered throughout. "Trust No One." is printed across the tongue, while "Don't Follow Me." is finely stitched on to the lateral heel. This is followed by "FPAR" branded pull tabs around the back, and a fully blacked our Zoom Air midsole.
A must cop for fans of the streetwear label, the FPAR x Nike SB Dunk High will be available for pre-order in Japan today, and it'll get a wider release at SB stockists two days later on October 25th. Hands down one of the best SB collabs to drop the year, these are a definite must cop!
