Following on from last year's monochromatic Air Max Plus pack, Samuel Ross' A-COLD-WALL* has returned ready with yet another rendition to kick 2024 off. Still bearing the TN98 moniker, this latest collaboration with the Swoosh brand looks to embrace all things industrial with a paint-splattered finish.
Revealed yesterday by the brand's Instagram, this latest silhouette has ditched the ultra-clean aesthetic from the previous launch and instead embraced heavily pre-worn makeup. Atop a black base, we see what seems to be a washed white paint decorate the entire exterior of the silhouette, delivering an almost cement-coated finish.
Naturally, as with most shoes that are made with a pre-worn aesthetic, the pair have been met with a mixed reception. Many have likened this silhouette to tradesmen's trainers, with the top comment saying that they've "seen plasterers with these on."
It's unclear just exactly when we can expect this latest ACW x Nike link-up, so if you happen to be a fan, be sure to click 'Notify me' below. Up next, Salehe Bembury teases a Crocs Pollex sneaker silhouette.
