Unlike the previous "What The Duck" releases, which were as colourful as a peacock at a paint party, the upcoming model goes for a stealthier monotone look. Judging by early leaks online, these sneakers are prepping for a stealth mission straight into your shopping cart; if you're lucky enough to snag them at retail!
Fans of the University of Oregon have had an exciting season. The football team is sitting at the top of the rankings, and the Ducks of a Feather initiative recently dropped the "What The Duck" Nike Dunk Lows in Home and Away colours, causing a stir in the sneaker world last month.
At first, it was revealed that the duo had created three colourways when the first images of the two pairs popped up. After the release, hopes for the third pair faded. But it now looks like they saved it for a holiday launch, as the All Black "What The Duck" version has been spotted. This design includes football uniform inspired details in a sleek all-black style, strengthening the school's solid partnership with Nike. The first leaks of this pair show off a mix of materials. The upper combines suede with textured, embossed leather at the heel. The Swoosh pops with its glossy, shiny finish, standing out despite the monotone colour scheme of these sneaks.
As of now, Division Street and Nike haven’t shared any details on the release of the All Black "What The Duck" Dunk Low. Keep an eye out on The Sole Supplier for updates.
