As retro runners continue to dominate mood boards across social media, one brand seems to be relishing the moment. We are, of course, referring to ASICS, the Japanese footwear specialist that knows a thing or two about providing us with stylish silhouettes. Now, in collaboration with skate label Dime, the duo has produced a fresh rendition of their GT-2160 model, creating nothing short of a day-to-day staple.
First revealed from its SS24 show at Paris Fashion Week, the ASICS x Dime GT-2160 "Cream" transforms the 2011 style to make it suitable for a modern streetwear audience. Atop a gradient shifting midsole and mesh uppers, shades of grey and cream work in unison to provide a clean-cut aesthetic. Overlays come equipped with metallic silver ASICS stripes, reinforcing the Y2K-like finish of the model. This same silver extends to the heel, where a Dime logo can also be found.
For those looking to get their hands on the ASICS x Dime GT-2160 "Cream," it is currently an app exclusive on END. Launches, so be sure to check out the page below to be in with a chance of copping.
