Update: New information has surfaced on an possible Corteiz and Nike Shox R419 to drop in 2026!
As far back as 2019, we can see a then 22-year-old Clint posted up in a pair of Nike Shox TL, moving onto the R4 silhouette in 2020 on a number of different occasions. Of course when the boings had first retro'd in 2019, Shox hit the mainstream sneaker scene in a big way, its recent 2024/25 comeback a shadow of its former self.
Now with Fullress leaking an upcoming Cortiez collaboration, can the London-based brand help the Shox leave with a bang? Only time will tell, but knowing Clint and his marketing rollout, it's almost a guaranteed success.
Putting his own spin on the R4 name, the Corteiz edition will land under the guise of the R419 moniker, a nod to his @Clint419 username (a reference to the 419 advance-fee scam, also dubbed the 'Nigerian Prince Scam'). The leak also contained three different style codes, IQ9951-001/IQ9951-002/IQ9951-400 and are expected to drop in Fall/Winter 2026.
In terms of colourways, this collection might see Clint forego a black colourway due to the lack of a '-003' colour code announced. In past projects, both the Air Max 95 and Trainer Huarache used a "-003" stylecode, but if he's taking a note out of Neymar's collab from 2019, we might see some black sprinkled in the mix.
As for the R4's posite sidewalls, a beckoning '419' or 'RTW', similar to the "AIR" on the Air Uptempo, could be an interesting touch. This would also explain why the collaboration has dropped later within the Shox R4 retro timeline, given all the extra research and development.
As we previously predicted, the Shox R4 makes sense given its connection to London and Brazil, not to mention Clint's personal IG is littered with photo receipts of himself rocking the 2000s technology. We are at least expecting some more sneaker-based mania, but whatever form that takes we are yet to find out.
Ever feel like Clint’s got a militant blueprint for world domination? Well, if the latest leaked Corteiz x Nike drop is anything to go by, Fall 2026 is shaping up to be another precision move from the London powerhouse.
According to Sneaker Market RO, we’re looking at a 9-piece capsule: long sleeve tees, jerseys, shorts, track jackets, track pants and a vest. Each item comes in a striking palette of black, challenge red, flat silver and varsity royal. The pieces are as follows:
Long Sleeves: IO8725 460, IO8725 010, IQ3362 010 Jerseys: IO8726 007, IO8726 010 Shorts: IO8728 010, IO8728 007 Track Jackets: IO8717 010, IO8717 460, IO8717 007 Track Pants: IO8719 460, IO8719 010, IO8719 007 Vest: IO8720 010
The blend of rugged sportswear and streetwear is pure Corteiz, militant in its mindset yet refined in detail. Expect sharp tailoring and tactical precision across each piece, with possible tech touches like Dri FIT, zip vents and mesh panels. Just take a look at the recent Nike Tech and Project Frog and it's clear to see, you know this next Corteiz clothing drop is going to be its most advanced yet.
Not to mention the 2026 World Cup landing in the US, so football culture is about to explode and streetwear’s riding the wave. If Corteiz delivers more Nike-backed jerseys, expect global hype. From London to Tokyo, a CRTZ shirt could become the next grail-level essential for collectors and culture heads.
It wouldn’t be a Corteiz drop without whispers of what’s coming below the ankle. Following the Air Max 95s in 2024 and Air Trainer Huaraches in 2025, a 2026 silhouette feels inevitable. However, none of the style codes indicate any sign of a footwear release.
Some speculate about a return of the Air Max 98, an obvious choice given Clint's love for the Air Max model. Though there’s every chance he takes a more rugged route with something like the Goadome or Baltoro, models that are both primed for autumn wear and already have a niche history. But the wildcard theory? A Corteiz x Nike Shox. Clint’s worn the R4 before, and the model’s roots in both UK and Brazilian culture make it a fitting canvas for his global vision.
That being said, as Nike and Corteiz remain tight-lipped about an upcoming sneaker projects, don't expect to hear anything surrounding a release until 2026.
This leak also silences last year’s adidas rumours, reaffirming Corteiz’s ongoing allegiance with the Swoosh. With the brand’s gear now spotted on stages like the NFL London halftime show thanks to BBK royalty JME, Corteiz is proving on its own terms, that it’s not just part of the culture. It’s leading it.
