Nike's Tuned Air Max Plus is a silhouette that has remained a mainstay in the hearts of sneaker collectors for over two decades now. Designed by Sean McDowell after pulling inspiration from the beaches of Florida, the running-turned-lifestyle silhouette has received countless makeovers since its 1998 inauguration, with the latest rendition being the TN Air Max Plus "Sunset Gradient".
From these close-up images captured by The Sole Supplier's talented photographer Lana Manners, the retro ensemble sees a perfect blend of orange and yellow hues throughout its mesh-woven upper—nodding to its sunset theme. The palm tree-inspired TPU overlays are painted in black, giving an "afternoon at the beach"-type atmosphere. The mini Swoosh logo on the sides and the tongues and the TN insignia on the rear opt for a neon green shade, further elevating the pair's vibrancy.
As for the rest of the construction, the fan-favourite Nike shoe retains its segregated Air units underfoot, giving comfortable cushioning to the user's feet where it needs it most. We can guarantee that not only will you be rocking this day after day, but you'll also be turning heads anywhere you go!
