The late and great Keith Haring x Converse have come together for a new collaboration full of iconic designs that simply exudes 80s vibes!
For the unfamiliar, Keith Haring was an American pop artist famed for his work emerging through the graffiti of the New York subway during the 80s. Familiar motifs include the "Radiant Baby", the "Barking Dog" and the "Flying Devil" and "Angels" icons.
Taking on the famous Converse Chuck 70, Chuck Taylor All Star, Pro Leather Low and the new Run Star, as well as a range of signature clothing, this collection oozes Haring's creativity and stands as a vessel of self-expression.
With all four sneaker styles made up mostly of White/Black or White/Blue colourways, a handful of Haring's signatures has playfully been scattered throughout each silhouette. As well as this, red hues have been strewn across selected panels to create a striking appearance.
Alongside the footwear, the clothing arrives with a selection of clean-cut blanks emblazoned with large Keith Haring icons. Similarly, Converse has kept to a clean colour palette comprised of white, black and blue hues with additional red and yellow tints perfect for summer styling!
Customers of the collection are also able to use the "Converse By You" feature as a way to customise and individualise their own Chuck 70, an offering we're sure Keith Haring would appreciate today.
The full collection is set to drop on May 13th on Converse's website and we're confident this one is going to be a must-cop amongst those with a creative flair! In related news, grab yourself an under £50 sneaker steal in the Converse sale!
