The PUMA Suede is not quite the first shoe that comes into the mind of a sneakerhead in terms of hype, but fortunately, it remained at the forefront of sneaker culture for its rich history in hip-hop and b-boy culture. The latest version arrives in the form of the collaborative Nanamica x PUMA Suede VTG.
Working in partnership with Japanese fashion brand nanamica, these PUMA Suede VTG offers two tonal colourways: "Navy" and "Beige", both of which come with classic PUMA branding details like the leaping Puma logo on the tongues and Formstrip motif midfoot.
The highlight of this pair is the suede upper. At first glance, it may look like nothing out of the ordinary but the Tokyo-based brand decided to give it a waterproof finish from GORE-TEX. There's nothing worse than getting suede shoes wet especially during the winter season, so these PUMA Suede VTG GORE-TEX from the Eiichiro Homma-led label is a definite must-have. The look is complete with nanamica branding details on the tongue and insoles.
The nanamica x PUMA Suede VTG is launching on the 26th of August on the nanamica website and select retailers worldwide. Stay locked in The Sole Supplier so you don't miss out on the latest PUMA collaborations. In related news, Reebok readies its Beatnik for the winter months ahead with the Beatnik Moc.
