JJJJound's New PUMA Collab JJJJust Got Even Harder To Cop - Here's What You Need To Know

The PUMA Suede we know and love today has gone through many variations. Beginning as the PUMA Crack, it quickly became the PUMA Clyde after being endorsed by basketball icon Walt 'Clyde' Frazier. The low-top style and range of colourways made the shoe perfect for Frazier who allegedly played in over 300 colourways of the sneaker in his career!
Outside of basketball the sneaker became popular for everyday leisure wear for the same reasons, it was an incredibly easy to wear shoe that provided a lot of comfort and came in a number of exciting colourways. After distributing the shoe internationally, PUMA changed the name once more and we were given the PUMA Suede.
But the legacy of this shoe doesn't stop with basketball. The PUMA Suede became one of the most popular trainers for a number of subcultures across the world, from the Hip-Hop and B-Boy scenes in New York to the football culture of Britain, everyone loved the Suede! It's simple yet bold design made it a must-have and the Formstripe which graces this trainers lateral and medial panels became instantly recognisable.
