Nike is renowned for creating shoes for elite runners and professional basketball players, but for their latest sneaker, they've kept the medical worker in mind. Dubbed the Air Zoom Pulse, they're specifically designed for the unsung heroes that work in hospitals, including nurses, doctors, and home health providers.
Made with the help of OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, the shoe features an easy slip on and off design that's a must especially in life or death situations. The sleek and simple llok provides the optimum amount of comfort and traction, meeting all the physical and mental hospital conditions.
An elastic strap keeps the wearer's foot secure, while pull tabs at the tongue and heel also make an appearance for convenience. Nike's Asterix logo graces the side panels, and to round it all off, Zoom Air technology is used within the midsole for all-day wear.
Set to drop sometime in December, the Nike Air Zoom Pulse will also release in six Doernbecher Freestyle colourways on December 7th, with all profits donated to OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. Let us know what you think of this shoe, and make sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for the latest and greatest sneaker news and releases.
