The South Park x adidas Campus 80s "Towelie" Is Getting a Restock

Originally released back in April 2021 as a limited-edition 4/20 release, the South Park x adidas Campus 80s “Towelie” is now set to make a return. Upon its first release the sneaker was snapped up by collectors due to its limited-edition nature, so plenty of footwear fans will be delighted to hear that there’s a second chance to cop. The kicks are modelled on a character from the explicit TV show that’s notorious for gaining special powers after smoking marijauna, hence the hazy-looking eyes featured on the tongues.

Crafted from a blue towel fabric, the uppers of the sneakers showcase adidas’ signature 3 Stripe branding, while white leather overlays add another layer of depth to the design. Other special-edition features include adidas Trefoil branding on the heels, leather lining and Towelie catchphrases printed on the inners.

Sat atop of a white midsole unit, plenty of cushioning is featured underfoot to ensure that these don’t just look great, but they’re also comfortable everyday wearers. Coming complete in South Park-branded packaging, the pair also include metal keychains, yet another feature that will catch the attention of serious collectors.
