Following on from the Chicago Bulls-themed J1 Zoom Comfort is this grape-hued Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT "Purple Patent". Dressed with the same material blocking we've seen before on the "Gym Red" iteration, patent overlays cover the toe cap, eyelets and ankle panelling, whilst tumbled leather adds comfort, flexibility and style to this AJ1.
It's looking to be a big year for patent. Following on from the release of the "Patent Breds" and the upcoming "Atmosphere" 1s, we're going to be treated to two iterations of Zoom CMFT that feature this shiny material. On this particular edition, we see a vintage-toned "Sail" midsole sit atop a "Court Purple" outsole, whilst a crisp-white toe box houses the perforations that are essential for enhanced breathability.
Further along on the mid-panel is tumbled leather in a matching purple hue. This allows the cut-out Nike Swoosh to stand loud and proud on the lateral sidewall, showing off some satin material. The heel tab comes in a black textured leather, which matches to Michael Jordan's Wings insignia above. Nike's Zoom Air branding adorns the top of the cushioned tongue, of which comes with the rustic exposed foam outline as is usual for the Air Jordan 1 Zoom Comfort.
Having now seen some official images for the Nike Air Jordan 1 Zoom Comfort Bred, hopefully it won't be long until we have a better look and a release date for the Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT Purple Patent. Make sure to keep it locked to The Sole Supplier to be the first to find out when you can get a pair of these, and in the meantime, why not take a look at the brand-new Nike Dunk Disrupt 2?
