The iconic Toy Story franchise has inspired countless exciting brand collaborations since its debut in 1995, and its playful characters have proven to be a perfect fit for sneaker crossovers. One standout example is the adidas Samba "Woody" inspired by the much-loved animated character and which brought the cowboy’s signature style to life.
After the success of this release in the US, it looks like adidas are once again teaming up with Pixar to drop a colourful Gazelle design inspired by Jessie, the lively cowgirl from Toy Story 2.
Part of a broader kids' collection, the "Jessie" Gazelle masterfully captures Jessie’s personality and outfit through a creative sneaker design. The shoe’s standout orange suede upper evokes her western inspired attire, while cow print Three Stripes across the midfoot pays tribute to her signature chaps. Golden yellow heel tabs nod to Jessie’s braided hair and cheerful spirit, and unique dual branded tongue graphics along with custom lace dubraes mirror details from her ensemble.
Adding a touch of charm, rope style laces complement the orange upper, while contrasting red swirly stitching enhances the tongue and heel tabs. A gum coloured sole grounds the design with a practical and stylish finish. Inside, co branded insoles further highlight the collaboration’s attention to detail.
While an official release date for the Toy Story x adidas Gazelle "Jessie" has yet to be announced, the arrival of official images suggests fans won’t have to wait long to snag this delightful tribute to the beloved Pixar character.
