The collaborations between Travis Scott and the Jordan Brand are truly a gift that keeps on giving. Just weeks ago, excitement surrounded the release of the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG 'Medium Olive'. Now, we're anticipating another colourway from the collection, set to launch during the Holiday 2024 season. The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG Velvet Brown showcases the iconic Dark Mocha and Black colour scheme, promising to be yet another hit.
Examining the images of this upcoming sneaker reveals its premium suede construction, complete with perforations on the toe box for enhanced breathability. The design features an oversized backward Swoosh on the outer side, complemented by a traditional Swoosh on the inner side (a signature of Travis Scott collabs). See how it compares to the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG PS Black Phantom.
The iconic “Cactus Jack” logo is prominently displayed on the tongue, medial panel, and sock liner, adding a distinctive touch to the overall aesthetic. You also get the stitched logos at the back heel tabs, with the Air Jordan wings on the right shoe and the crudely drawn face on the left.
The Dark Brown midsole features 'Air' cushioning in the heel for extra comfort and sits on a tough rubber outsole decorated with stars and pivot circles. Just like previous Nike x Cactus Jack collabs, this sneaker will come in a special box, packed with extra laces.
Although the retail price is still unconfirmed, we expect it to cost the same as the previous releases and sit at around £145. With a rumoured release date of December 21st 2024, will you be adding these to your Christmas list?
