Kendrick Lamar’s pgLang label has teamed up with Converse for the very first time in order to bring us the pgLang x Converse Chuck 70 and the pgLang x Converse Pro Leather. With Kendrick set to drop his fifth studio album very soon, there couldn’t be a better time for this unexpected collaborative project to drop.
Both pairs offer up a simplistic yet stylish appearance with minimal additions and are decked out in white for a classic approach to design. First up is the Chuck 70 that showcases silver-tone metal eyelets and the Converse logo on the medial sides along with pgLang branding, while gold stitching adds to the regal look.
The Pro Leather showcases a similar colour scheme, although grey suede panels add an extra layer of depth to the look, with star logos on the lateral sides complemented by special-edition branding on the tongues. Blue stitching and Converse tongue tabs complete the get-up, making these a suitable everyday pair.
If you’re looking at copping either of these upcoming kicks, the good news is that both pairs are available to cop now via Converse’s website, so don’t sleep if you’re looking to pick your size up in time.
