The adidas NMD R1 Boost Camo Khaki bares a close resemblance to one of the most sought-after NMDs of all time. With the same print as the BAPE x NMD R1, this is your shot at redemption if you never managed to cop that exclusive. It’s also affordable given the BAPE rendition still resells for upwards of £1000!
Given the similarities, this is expected to be a huge release for summer 2018. adidas opt for a hard-wearing mesh material for this Nomad coupled with all the classic detailing throughout. That includes welded three stripes across the sidewall as well as a chunky rubber overlay to the heel.
The lightweight upper is surprisingly supportive and durable thanks to that easy to wipe clean surface. As always, Boost technology sits underfoot. This features in white on the NMD R1 Camo Khaki. Tonal EVA midsole plugs add some more robust support whilst featuring the adidas Originals logo.
