Who says that the adidas NMD hype is dead? Certainly not us.
And anyone who has said it will be quietly sipping tea in a corner somewhere right about now as their forthcoming release is set to be big business.
2016 without a doubt belonged to the adidas NMD – with a plethora of releases in all colours – there is something for everyone.
We saw the adidas NMD R1 OG release nearly a year ago and ever since, the trainer has grown exponentially in popularity – it’s now considered an essential streetwear staple and a favourite in the footwear game.
The upcoming launch of their adidas NMD R1 PK Tri-Colour Grey is one of the two colourways landing next month and is set to cause a serious stir in the footwear game.
Complimenting one another in a monochromatic fashion are the black and the grey NMDs.
The grey encompasses adidas’s signature Primeknit upper, three-stripe branding on the sidewall in blue, black and red (hence the term Tri-Colour), trademark white Boost sole and sock-like cuff at the top of the upper.
More familiar detailing includes white foam blocks, branded rubber stamp on the heel and a ‘brand with three stripes’ heel tab.
Expect a December 3 release for the adidas NMD R1 PK Tricolour Grey and stay tuned for more information.
